The Police Service Commission (PSC) urges Nigerians to disregard the speculated date circulating on social media regarding the training of recently shortlisted candidates for recruitment into the Constable cadre of the Nigeria Police Force. Ikechukwu Ani, the Head of Press and Public Relations at PSC, stressed in a statement issued on Monday in Abuja that the commission has not yet set any training dates.

Ani underscored that the dates circulating on social media lack validity and should not be trusted. He noted that the commission has been inundated with inquiries from concerned Nigerians seeking clarification on the authenticity of these dates.

Ani also mentioned that the PSC is presently collaborating with the Nigeria Police Force to finalize arrangements for the training, which includes the selection of training venues.
