Representative Yusuf Gagdi of the APC, who represents the Pankshin/Kanke/Kanam Federal Constituency of Plateau State, recently demonstrated his commitment to his constituents by donating 400 rams and ₦20 million ahead of the Eid-el-Kabir celebrations. The donation, made in Dengi, Kanam Local Government Area, aimed to ensure that his constituents, especially the less privileged among them, could celebrate Sallah without difficulty.

Gagdi emphasized that this gesture has been his tradition since 2015, where he distributes rams, food items, and cash during festive periods to support those in need within his constituency. He noted that this year’s celebration is particularly crucial due to the significant rise in the prices of foodstuffs and animals, making his intervention all the more necessary.

In his statement, Gagdi urged his constituents to utilize the festival as an opportunity to pray for peace in Plateau State and Nigeria as a whole. He reassured them of his commitment to providing quality representation and continuing his efforts to support them during festive occasions and beyond.
