Mixed reactions as Davido finally announces when he will retire from music

Famous Nigerian singer David Adeleke professionally known as Davido has taken to social media when he finally announces where he will retire from music.

This development by Davido comes amidst pressure and competition surrounding him over the years affecting his mental health.

Recall recently, singer Davido made headlines following a video of him that surfaced online where he was seen allegedly begging an American model to sleep with him.

Also, Davido, the “Unavailable” hitmaker had an online war with his industry rival Wizkid as they dragged each other to filth.

Few hours ago, Davido became a trendign conversation as an edited photo of him went viral as he was seen wearing hot pants.

The DMW boss had to come online to debunk the photo by sharing the original and by extension lays a heavy curse on the famous UK blog that spreads the false news.

Reacting to all these, Davido took to his social media pages on Thursday night, May 9th 2024 where he hinted at retirement.

According to Davido, he has a lot of enemy in the music space and they really wanted him out of music as soon as possible.

Davido said he clearly understood this and would retire from music after his next album.
