“Manchester United to Miss Mason Mount for Key Liverpool Clash Due to Injury”

Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag will be without Mason Mount for the upcoming Premier League match against Liverpool on Sunday. Mount has been sidelined by a minor muscle injury, as confirmed by the player himself on social media.

Mount announced: “During the last game I picked up a minor muscle issue. I’ll be out for a few games. I worked hard to get my fitness back to where it needs to be, I felt sharp and ready. I wanted you to hear it from me how frustrated I am.”

The former Chelsea midfielder has featured in United’s first two league games against Fulham and Brighton. His absence is a significant blow for United as they prepare for the crucial fixture at Old Trafford.
