Media personality Daddy Freeze has criticized Nollywood actress Angela Okorie for her remarks about Yul Edochie’s statement on Junior Pope’s death.

On Tuesday, Kemi Filani reported that Yul Edochie finally explained why he didn’t publicly mourn Junior Pope. Yul mentioned that he considered Junior Pope a brother and a good friend, but felt betrayed by him. Yul promised to reveal more details soon, urging others to be cautious about their wishes for others.

In response, Angela Okorie condemned Yul, calling his statement wicked. She urged him to let Junior Pope rest, highlighting that his family and loved ones are still grieving.

Reacting to the situation in a blog’s comment section, Daddy Freeze pointed out the irony in Angela’s demand for Yul to let the deceased rest, while she herself has been making headlines over his death for days.

Following the death of Junior Pope, Angela Okorie has been criticizing his former best friend, Zubby Michael, for not publicly mourning him. She accused Zubby of striving to be the industry’s number one by fighting with everyone.

Angela also criticized Zubby for attending the funeral, claiming his presence was for propaganda, not love. She attacked his outfit, likening it to that of an occultist, and also condemned him for giving money to the family.

On Tuesday, Angela addressed Nigerians who attributed her outburst to a mental breakdown, stating that people were misinterpreting her statements as madness.

In a message to Zubby and Mercy Johnson, she accused them of knowing only how to “kill and destroy” and suggested they continue paying people to tarnish her image, insisting that her truth will be told.

He wrote, “Even Angela sef no gree the guy rest”.
