Chimezie claims Plateau United will fight for continental ticket

Plateau United forward, Victor Chimezie has expressed the team’s readiness to vie for a continental ticket in the Nigeria Premier Football League.

The Peace Boys are out of contention for the league title after a recent poor run of form

The former champions are currently preparing for the final five games of the season.

They have garnered 50 points from 32 games and are three points away from the continental position.

“Ready to bring that energy to the rest of the season,” the former MFM FC winger stated.

Plateau United will host Niger Tornadoes in a matchday 33 fixture when the league resumes later in the month.
