Archbishop Daniel Okoh, President of the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN), delivered a message urging Nigerians to come together in unity and faith during the Eid-el Kabir celebrations. In his statement, he emphasized the significance of sacrifice, obedience, and faith as essential values for all Nigerians to embrace in their daily lives.

Okoh extended warm felicitations to the Muslim community on behalf of CAN, highlighting the festival’s symbolism of sacrifice, obedience, and faith. He called for Nigerians to set aside their differences and unite in love, forgiveness, and reconciliation amidst the current challenges facing the nation.

The clergyman stressed the importance of trusting in God’s promise for a better Nigeria, emphasizing that the country needs divine intervention to address its security, economic, and political struggles. He emphasized the strength found in Nigeria’s diversity and unity, urging citizens to work together to build a nation where every individual can thrive regardless of religion, tribe, or creed.

Okoh’s message resonates with a call for national unity, peace, and cooperation, grounded in shared values and faith in God’s guidance towards a brighter future for Nigeria.
