Bala Nikyu has been appointed as the new technical adviser for Gombe United in the Nigeria National League (NNL). Nikyu, who has signed a one-year contract with an option for renewal, will immediately assume his role. The former Nasarawa United coach is focused on leading Gombe United back to the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) after their recent relegation. At his unveiling, Nikyu emphasized performance over preparation, despite other teams already being in preseason.
