Following Kepa Arrizabalaga’s loan exit from Chelsea, another goalkeeper is set to leave the club. Djordje Petrovic, who joined Chelsea from New England Revolution last summer, will spend the upcoming season on loan at Strasbourg.
Petrovic, the Serbian keeper, has made 31 appearances for Chelsea since his arrival. However, with manager Enzo Maresca’s new plans, Petrovic has been deemed surplus to requirements. Fabrizio Romano reports that Petrovic has agreed on terms for the loan deal, marking another significant shift in Chelsea’s goalkeeping roster for the summer transfer window.
