“Eleven Players Join Super Eagles Camp in Uyo Ahead of AFCON 2025 Qualifiers”

The Super Eagles’ camp in Uyo has welcomed eleven players, including captain William Troost-Ekong, Ademola Lookman, Ola Aina, and Taiwo Awoniyi, as they prepare for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers against Benin Republic and Rwanda. Caretaker head coach Augustine Eguavoen and assistant Fidelis Ilechukwu have also arrived. Bayer Leverkusen’s Victor Boniface was the latest addition. The remaining 12 players are expected to join on Tuesday, with the squad set to have their first official training session at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium.
