Kanye West’s legal troubles continue to mount as a new sexual assault case has been filed against him. On June 3, his former assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, filed a lawsuit accusing him of sexual harassment and wrongful termination.
Pisciotta, who worked for West for two years, claims he sent her sexually explicit messages and engaged in inappropriate behavior. According to the lawsuit, which was obtained by The Blast, Pisciotta has 15 years of experience in the music industry. She was hired by West in 2015 as a creative collaborator on his Yeezy Season 1 women’s fashion line and also worked on his 2021 album, *Donda*. In July 2021, she was promoted to West’s Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant with a promised salary of $1 million per year, requiring her to be available “24/7.”
Before working full-time for West, Pisciotta earned $1 million creating content on OnlyFans and social media. Initially, West was supportive, calling her an “OnlyFans superstar.” However, in August 2022, he demanded she delete her OnlyFans account and become “God-like,” promising to pay her $1 million, a payment she claims she never received. Pisciotta alleges West then began sexually harassing her, sending explicit messages, pornographic videos, and masturbating during phone calls.
The lawsuit further claims that during a flight to Paris, West called Pisciotta into a private room and masturbated under the covers. In September 2022, she was promoted to chief of staff for West’s companies with a promised $3 million bonus, but the next month, she was offered a $3 million severance package, which she also never received. Pisciotta alleges that West developed an “obsession” with her, moved into her building, and “stalked” her after her termination.
Pisciotta is suing for at least $4 million, citing breach of contract, a hostile work environment, and sexual harassment. West has not yet publicly responded to these allegations.
