Gernot Rohr Backs Bruno Labbadia to Make Instant Impact with Super Eagles
Gernot Rohr has voiced strong support for his compatriot Bruno Labbadia, who was recently appointed as the head coach of Nigeria’s Super Eagles. Rohr, who previously managed the team from 2016 to 2021, praised Labbadia’s coaching abilities and expressed hope that he will be well-supported by the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) and the fans.
At 58, Labbadia becomes the sixth German to take charge of the Super Eagles. Rohr highlighted Labbadia’s Bundesliga experience and expressed optimism about his adaptation to Nigerian football.
