Ace-Liam Nana Sam Ankrah, a one-year-old Ghanaian prodigy, has officially received his Guinness World Record certificate, recognizing him as the youngest male painter. The remarkable achievement occurred when Ace-Liam was just one year and 152 days old, surpassing the previous record held by Dante Lamb since 2003, who was three years old at the time.
Ace-Liam’s journey to the record books began with an art exhibition in Accra from January 18 to 20, 2024. His proud mother, Chantelle Kuukua Eghan, an artist with over eight years of experience, expressed her joy to the BBC, stating that she hopes her son will make a significant impact in the art world. “He intuitively understands which colors blend well,” shared Ms. Eghan, who discovered Ace-Liam’s artistic inclinations when he was only five months old.
The official recognition from Guinness World Records solidifies Ace-Liam’s place in art history and serves as a testament to the young artist’s extraordinary talent. As his remarkable story continues to inspire people worldwide, Ace-Liam and his family can take pride in this exceptional accomplishment and the bright future that lies ahead.
